What is the ZingDialler?

The Zing predictive dialler solution from Sepia is a software-based dialler based on the latest dialling algorithms. The Predictive dialler connection to the various Telco providers via multiple ISPs interconnect solutions which allows for direct connection as well as the transfer of all related call information data. Once the call connect has taken place it is then transferred to agent premises whereby the ACD will be responsible for routing the call to the agent or via our ZingAgent solution which requires no premise based infrastructure.

Architecture

The solution relies on an open architecture, which is designed to support advanced predictive dialling capabilities and other varied call centre functions.

Multi-Campaigns

The predictive dialling enables you to launch multiple projects simultaneously on a single dialler. Thus, you can segment your agents on different campaigns and queues.

Blending

This function enables Inbound / Outbound Call Blending where agents can accept inbound calls, or automatically switch to outbound when inbound call volume subsides. This works with both predictive and super-dialling.

Reporting

The solution offers a series of real-time reports, enabling supervisors to track ongoing activity and spot agent inefficiencies before they escalate. This enables supervisors to take action and modify project setup while the campaign is in progress, improving agent productivity and bottom line profits. The solution predictive dialling module gives you a complete set of automatic call detection capabilities, including frequency answering machine detect, busy signal detect, and DTMF tone detect.

Supervisor control

The supervisors can modify the dialler-pacing rate while projects are in progress to externally adjust the dialler’s resource utilization. This is conjunction with the Dialler sophisticated dialling algorithm, takes account of agent logins and breaks, length of call, the quality of the dialling list and more. The algorithm is self-modifying, and will adjust its internal settings based upon the ongoing calling patterns that it experiences.
