What is the ZingIVR?

The ZingIVR is a hosted Interactive Voice Response solution, which makes use of open standards VXML technology and can accommodate both DTMF as well as Speech enabled functionality. The main advantage to the IVR being hosted is the elimination of any additional Telco requirement for queuing and messaging as this function takes place in the cloud.

The solution also caters for “peaks and troughs” preventing the chance to run out of ports due to hardware limitations and the additional advantage of only paying for what you use in the down periods.

If required, the ZingIVR can be managed by the client through an administrative portal or through the establishment of a management process with the ZingIVR technical team.
